I have used Morgans Group to clean my carpet for over 20 years. They always do a fantastic job. Lawrence was easy going and a delight to work with. He was on time, very helpful and efficient. He is also very knowledgeable about carpets and stains. Once he finished cleaning my 20 year old carpets they looked brand new!! Even better, they were completely dry over night after being cleaned late afternoon the day before. Charlotte from reception also gets a shout out for being so helpful :).

Had Morgans out to clean our bathrooms including grout clean, all windows and flyscreen, doors and flyscreen doors and clean our solar panels. Very poor job everywhere. Had to get them back to do it again. Again not satisfactory. Over 2500.00 for a very ordinary job. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them!!

Amazing service and great carpet cleaning! My dog was unwell during the night and my lounge room carpet took the brunt of the (to put it nicely) explosion that had occurred. The pup was fine but we spent 2 hours cleaning the mess and still needed professional help 😔 I called Morgans Group - Nicole at the front desk was super helpful, and Lawrence fit us into his already busy day and came round within 2 hours. The carpet looks better than when we moved in 2 months ago (it was already stained from the previous tenant's dogs) and only cost $110!! Couldn't thank Lawrence enough! PS: the photo of the original mess doesn't quite capture the extent of it - but you get the idea.
