I have just had hybrid flooring put in my kitchen by professional and careful tradespeople. I was very happy with my quote, communication and the advice given me by Johnny. This was the third company I had quote me for this job and I am very glad that I chose Andersens.

A year on from purchasing my new floor from Anderson's and I've only just worked up the energy to put the ordeal into words. Salesperson (Yoni) was knowledgeable and responsive, unfortunately the contractors they used were atrocious - splashed leveling cement willy-nilly and made it so that the floor was so uneven that you could visibly see the dip in the floor along the scotia and skirting. I also caught them overcharging me for the bags of cement, and it was only when I queried the leftover bags that they packed into their van that the boss revised the number of bags of cement they were invoicing me for. When we got in touch about the absurdly unlevel floor, the boss came in and told us it would all need to be ripped up, relevelled and relaid. They sent new workers but in the process of removing the mislaid flooring, they dented and damaged skirting/cupboard bases and there are knicks in the bits of hybrid flooring they pried up and reused, not to mention the cement that was splashed along the skirting from the first time.They didn't do a section under the dishwasher that they did the first time so now there's bare pine flooring under it and because it's not finished/locked in, the boards are becoming gappy. When we asked for remedy, they essentially told us that the job had already cost them twice the normal amount because they had to pay to lay our floor twice so they wouldn't be doing anything more for us! They had promised to drop off a box of flooring but never followed through, and honestly there's just no arguing with a company that thinks it's a customer's fault that they had to do the job twice because they messed up. There is a section where they relevelled the flooring that now feels springy and is coming apart slightly after only a year. We went with Anderson's because Yoni was such a great salesman and they had the flooring we were after, but needless to say I would never use them again or recommend them.

Andersen's did a fantastic job with my carpet. The customer service has been great, they showed up on time and the installer was really friendly. He took a lot of care to get the fine details correct. Highly recommend.

Advice given: The team at Andersens Fyshwick gave me some beneficial advice about what kind of floor covering I should consider. In the end, they recommended a cheaper product than I originally considered, and it was great advice. Communication: Very good. Quote/Install: On-time, professional, and with attention to detail.

Eser and his team did a great job in our house, removing carpet and tiles to lay laminate flooring in their place. There were some communication hiccups, but Eser's service was thorough and the end result is fantastic, including details like trimming around the fire place and the staircase. Two months later, we are very happy with the house's new look and the quality of the laminate we chose.
